What Parents need to do
A. Please download the above waiver, sign, and email back to us at lilysgardenpk@gmail.com
B. You will need to prepare a pencil box with pencils, erasers, and crayons (24 colors).
C. Bring snacks and drinks like juice, milk, or water in disposable packages/containers. Do not bring water bottles.
D. Bring 2 sets of clothing in disposable bag/s.
E. Use your personal pen daily to sign your child in and out.
F. Parents are to take child's temperature at home before sending them to school.
G. No backpacks or recycling bags. Everything that is brought to school must be in disposable bags and thrown away each day.
COVID- 19 Precautions
Parents or guardian will not be allowed to enter the school.
Body temperature of all children and staff will be monitored as they enter the school.
Children will be required to wash their hands prior to entering their classrooms and frequently throughout the day.
Staff will be required to wear masks.
Children must bring masks to school daily.
Portable partitions will be used to isolate children during snack and lunchtime.
School will be sanitized throughout the day.
There will be no class rotation.
Classes will be conducted outdoors as much as possible.
Children or employees who are not felling well will be isolated, tested for body temperature, and sent home.
Parents will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver.
Our building was constructed with with 1 central air-conditioning/heating (HVAC) unit for each individual classroom. This helps in preventing the spread of airborne diseases by not allowing air circulation to other parts of the building.
Partitions have been installed between wash basins to further protect students.
